Brand identity pricing packages
We’ve created brand identities for businesses and entrepreneurs for over a decade. Different clients have different needs. Below are a variety of brand identity pricing packages. They range from logo only, to logo with print, web, and social media deliverables for a fuller expression of your brand. Suggested pricing is below. If you need something different, I’m happy to put together a custom proposal.
I’ll provide a questionnaire to help you articulate the unique attributes of your business: your mission, capabilities, ideal clients, current reputation, and where you want to take your brand in the future. I’ll survey the visual identities of your competitors. In many cases, I’ll provide inspiration images to get your feedback. This research phase sets the direction for the design work to come.
The cornerstone of your company’s visual identity. After completing research and establishing a direction with you, I’ll sketch and refine ideas until I have the best 2-3 logo concepts to present to you. Each concept will be applied to mock products to test how it would work in the “real world.” Your favorite solution will be selected and refined. Includes a final bundle of files suitable for every application, from print to web to promotional items and more, and unrestricted usage rights.
BRAND STYLE GUIDE
A short document that ensures consistency in future communications. Elements include logo usage, primary color palette, secondary color palette, typography selection, photo or illustration style, graphic lines or shapes, a custom pattern, or other elements unique to your brand.
FILE USAGE GUIDE
A cheat sheet that explains the differences between the logo file formats you’ll receive: vector vs. raster files, differences between file types (EPS, JPG, PNG, PDF), and the meaning of different color systems (CMYK, RGB, and Pantone). The guide will help you pick the right logo file whenever you need to use one.
Additional projects for brand identity clients
More pieces can be added to any brand identity pricing package if needed. For example, letterhead (traditional printed version or a Microsoft Word file), envelope, stickers, a brochure, signage, etc. We’ll develop a look and feel for your first pieces of collateral, setting the direction for your brand. Your own in-house production designer or freelancer can take over from there, working with the established style.
For many clients, a good solution is dividing a project into two or more phases. Phase 1 might be the basic brand identity components in the packages above, and Phase 2 might be the application of the brand elements to additional pieces.
