Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or treated as a late cancellation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or marked as a no-show. Thank you for understanding and respecting our schedule.
